As part of the Cute & Cozy Pop Up at Shop Gal, Loré Loré is hosting a one-night machine knitting taster on Johnston Street, Fitzroy. Led by Loré Loré founder Lorena, you'll be guided through the basics of machine knitting and by the end of three hours, you'll walk away with your very own handcrafted knitted scrunchie, made entirely by you, on a machine, from scratch.

This is a hands-on, social experience in a small group of six. Everyone gets their own machine for the full session. Lorena takes you through each step, from getting set up on the machine, to knitting the piece, to finishing it by hand, so the process feels approachable from the very first stitch.

No prior experience needed and no creative background required. All materials are provided.
